11pk Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 11pk platform in any way – including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any game – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 11pk.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds, technical glitches, or any malfunction of platform systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 11pk.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity in violation of applicable Philippine law.

Winnings derived from conduct that violates these rules are void and will not be paid. 11pk reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation of any suspected breach.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

11pk may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players. Where such offers are available, they are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms – including any wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes – form part of these Terms when a promotion is active.

Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, exploiting a promotion in a manner not intended by 11pk, or circumventing promotion terms in any way may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of related winnings, and suspension of the account involved.

11pk does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any particular time. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with bets or activity found to be in violation may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability
